In the first instance, with so many window treatments from which to select, you steered us in the right direction with the Silhouette and Duettes Shades that we eventually selected.
Later in the process, your installer, John, was very courteous and arrived exactly on time for both the measuring and also for the installation. (I can’t tell you how many times other contractors have shown up late or not at all, without even a phone call.) In addition, and most importantly, with my busy schedule, John was very cooperative and called me at my office to let me know when he was on the way to my house so I could meet him there without having to take a half day off from work for the measuring and later for the installation.
All in all, I am extremely satisfied with your services; and the window treatments look great.
