After Great Neck experienced a tornado early this summer, and we lost our huge shade trees, our home became unbearably bright and over-heated by the strong summer heat wave. We ordered room darkening shades for our bedrooms and for our three kitchen skylights which are remote controlled, amazing, and beautiful. They look built-in as if they are part of the kitchen design! Your service and installation were absolutely the best. And, when we suddenly experienced a roof leak in the kitchen, you removed and reinstalled the skylight shades after our new roof was installed. In this day and age when most people like me are extremely busy, one usually only takes the time to write a letter when there is something to complain about. On the contrary, however, I’d like to take this opportunity to compliment you and your installer, John, for your excellent service. In the first instance, with so many window treatments from which to select, you steered us in the right direction with the Silhouette and Duettes Shades that we eventually selected.
Later in the process, your installer, John, was very courteous and arrived exactly on time for both the measuring and also for the installation. (I can’t tell you how many times other contractors have shown up late or not at all, without even a phone call.) In addition, and most importantly, with my busy schedule, John was very cooperative and called me at my office to let me know when he was on the way to my house so I could meet him there without having to take a half day off from work for the measuring and later for the installation.
All in all, I am extremely satisfied with your services; and the window treatments look great.
