Larry’s primary goal is client satisfaction focusing on the finer details of window treatment projects and serious adherence to every client’s valuable timelines. Through cutting-edge marketing strategies and social media, he prioritizes introducing the newest window treatment innovations and promotions to his new and existing clients. Larry is extremely proud of the strong ongoing relationship with the Interior Designer professionals who rely on him for seamlessly bringing solutions to their window treatment challenges.

Lauren Spielholz
Chief Design Officer, Partner
Lauren spends countless hours at project sites. It is there that Lauren advises on practical and aesthetic window treatment options so that the process is clear, enjoyable, and brought to completion quickly. She often meets clients in the showroom at their convenience for more extensive product sampling. Easing the burden for Interior Designers whose projects are often very complex are considered urgent. Lauren is a graduate of FIT with a NYS license to practice both commercial and residential interior design. She is an expert on drapery with a strong knowledge of fabric design and construction.

Erica Seydoux
Co-President, Partner
Erica brings extensive knowledge in client services from the advertising industry. Understanding and working through the client’s vision is her strength and priority. Erica’s approach to solving window treatment challenges and identifying stellar solutions on demanding timelines results in long-lasting relationships. Erica expertly manages teams across different departments ensuring smooth and successful experiences.
Emily Ruda
Co-President, Partner
Emily came on board in 2023. She brings with her an extensive background in accounting and management. In addition to her exceptional business skills, Emily is also a creative talent able to assist in finding unique but practical solutions to window treatment challenges. Emily possesses excellent interpersonal skills. All of our clients love her, and so do we!
Sharon Covar
Showroom Manager
Sharon manages with a steadfast commitment to perfection in every project, large or small, related to Hunter Douglas, intricate draperies and reupholstery projects. She has been with Larry’s Design Center for over 25 years. On a daily basis, she guides clients through the showroom, educating them on all of their options on display in the showroom. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and consistently reliable, we could not do it without her!
Laurel Roberts
Assistant Showroom Manager
Laurel provides an excellent support role in Larry’s Design Center. She gives complete tours of our showroom to potential clients who are “walk-ins” and guides them through the process of beginning their research in window treatments. Laurel is instrumental in setting up the correct type of client visits, from window treatment appointments, to reupholstery, or installation services. She is also fanatical about the presentation of the showroom, making sure it is up-to-date for anyone who visits!
George Mahler
Designer
George is an absolute expert in window treatment design, with a strong knowledge of draperies and fabrics. He has extensive experience with client relations, and we are thrilled to have him out visiting clients in their locations always at their convenience. He is truly a dedicated professional.

John Corrao
Installer
John has been our primary installer for over 20 years. John is a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer with special expertise in motorization. John is proficient in complex shutter installations as well. In addition, he takes great pride in his drapery installations which he does with exacting precision, even at the most challenging project sites! John is absolutely loved by our clientele for his thorough workmanship and for his warm, supportive style.
Anne Corrao
Installer
Anne is John Corrao’s installation partner. They are an invaluable team. Anne not only assists John with the most difficult installations, she always offers an impartial, discriminating view of the projects they undertake together. Anne is an excellent communicator, and enjoys the open and easy rapport she develops with our Larry’s Design Center clientele.
Bill Johnson
Installer
Bill has been part of our installation team for the past 5 years. Bill is a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer. He approaches assignments with great attention to all aspects of the installation. He is highly respected by our clients and is a great benefit to Larry’s Design Center. We are thrilled to have him on our team!
Howard Herman
Installer
Howard has been a part of the Larry’s Design Center team for over 25 years. Howard takes pride in all installation projects he takes on. No assignment is too small, or too complex for Howard. He is loved by our clients for his desire to please, always!
Alex Costa
Installer
Alex is a Certified Hunter Douglas Motorization Specialist. In addition to his skill as an expert installer of Hunter Douglas products and draperies, Alex is often on the road for us covering challenging spaces such as apartments, coops, and condominiums in New York City and Brooklyn.

Marketing
Alex’s background is in Advertising and Marketing for a variety of industries, primarily window treatments. His specialty is client relations and data-driven planning! Alex has had the opportunity to help create complete marketing campaigns from scratch and measure actual results for the LDC Team.
Katy Enyeart
Social Media
Katy graduated from with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication and a minor in Digital Media & Design. As an experienced Social Media Manager, she has grown several brands’ organic online presence and enhanced their brand voice. In her free time, she loves trying new places, traveling, playing board games, and listening to music.
Pierre Raymond
Warehouse Management
Pierre handles our warehouse here at Larry’s Design Center. He handles all incoming deliveries, inventory management, and the organization of our warehouse. As a vital asset to our team, he ensures our organization to better serve our clients.
Vito Mondolino
IT Professional
Vito provides comprehensive installation, repair, support, and troubleshooting of our business desktops, servers, printers, and networks for our team at Larry’s Design Center. He has worked in the I.T. industry for over a decade, providing the knowledge and experience necessary to solve any computer problem we may face!
